All servers have hardware RAID, 64-96GB of RAM, and either dual quad core or hex core Intel Xeon processors.
We use XEN.
In FileZilla or WinSCP login using SFTP or SCP.
Here is two tutorials how to do this.

You have access to your VDS over SSH:
  1. Connect to your server over SSH using root
  2. Type command "passwd" (no quotes) and press enter
  3. Type your new password
  4. Confirm the password
  5. It is done.
You have not access to your VDS over SSH:
  1. Login to control panel
  2. Choose your server
  3. Type new password at field "New root password"
  4. Press button "change password". This will reboot your server and a new root password will be set and emailed to you.
  1. Login in to Control Panel
  2. Click the large Create Server button
  3. Choose an OS or OS+pre-installed apps
  4. Choose a size
  5. Choose a hostname
  6. Type password or it will be generated automaticaly and emailed to you
  7. Click "Create server"
All servers must be prepaid. When creating a server, cash is debited from your account one month in advance. Next, the server is paid monthly, depending on the date of creation of the server (billing date). After the server is created, you will be billed monthly, even if the server is turned off, because disk space, CPU, RAM, and IP address are all reserved while your server is powered off. If a payment has failed to process you will have 3 days befor your account will be susspended and servers powered off. After server was poewred off you will have 4 days to pay or your server will be purged and data will not be available for recovery. Access to the server resumes after successful payment.
Charges of funds is stoped only after all servers are purged.
No — you only need to pay for hours of usage.
Example.
The hourly rate for server with 512MB RAM is 0.42 /hour. If you need server only for 2 hours you should pay only 0.84RUBs.
We accept Visa/MC, PayPal, WebMoney, YandexMoney, QIWI Visa
To pay for the server, just fill up the balance in one of the ways convenient for you.
The funds will be charged automatically on the day of payment, which is indicated in the header on the server management page.
There is two cases:
  1. You have 3 days free trial.
    2. If you decide not to pay and want to cancel the subscription, then no additional actions required. After the end of the free trial period, your account will be blocked, and all created servers will be purged.
  2. You have active subscription:
    1. Purge all servers.
    2. Write an email to support@hexcore.ru with cancelation reason, please. It will help us to improve our service.
